Corporate Responsibility

One of the ways the Adrian Dominican Sisters make our mission for world justice actionable is by being socially responsible in the use of individual and corporate financial resources.

The Congregation’s Portfolio Advisory Board (PAB) was established in 1975 to monitor our corporate investments and strive through a variety of corporate activities to make corporations accountable for their impact on people, communities and the environment. PAB members monitor our stock holdings, attend shareholder meetings, file shareholder resolutions and dialogue with corporate officials and other shareholders.

Education on issues of economic justice and corporate responsibility is an important goal of PAB. It shares economic information with Adrian Dominican Sisters and anyone interested in investing in a socially responsible manner to bring about justice.
