Portfolio Advisory Board

Our Purpose

The Portfolio Advisory Board commits itself to realize the Vision of the Adrian Dominican Sisters through shareholder advocacy and community investing. -- September 2005

In the spirit of the Adrian Dominican Sisters' mission, recognizing our partnership with the earth and its peoples and hearing a global cry for justice, the Portfolio Advisory Board (PAB), appointed by the General Council, encourages the Congregation to remain faithful to its commitment to be socially responsible in the use of individual and corporate financial resources.

PAB monitors our corporate investments and by a variety of corporate responsibility activities, strives to reverse situations of injustice and advocates for peace, justice and the integrity of creation. Through community investments, PAB creates economic relationships with low-income people which help them to become self-determining and to improve their communities.
